ARPA PCA Wage Increase
The PCA wage increase related to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is being extended through June 30, 2022. For background, the PCA wage increased effective July 1, 2021, as provided in the collective bargaining agreement. A temporary wage increase also went into effect on July 1, 2021, using funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The additional and temporary increase using ARPA funds was due to expire on 12/31/21; however, it has now been extended through June 30, 2022.
Please see below for the PCA wage effective on the following dates of service:
From August 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021 – $15.75/hour
From July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022 – $17.71/hour
