About Us
Mission
The Center for Living & Working is a non-profit independent living center, which takes its direction from persons with disabilities. We advocate to empower persons with disabilities to take active roles in their lives and in the community in which they live. We provide comprehensive and innovative programs and services in order to maximize individual independence and opportunities. We are driven by the belief that consumers must always be equal members of society with equal access.
Staff
Because CLW takes its direction from persons with disabilities, and is federally recognized as the Central MA independent living center, at least 51% of the staff are individuals with disabilities.
